"Disappointed "

Came 4 times in total for an ongoing problem, only to be told you can't help me. Hoping that you could drain my elbow as it's getting worse and larger, have lost wages at work through leaving work early to attend your appointments...now after being told that you can't help I will be left with an unsightly lump on my elbow, pain and discomfort when I sleep with it, pain when I move it, and pain whilst I'm working, if I knock it I also have more pain so overall very disappointing
