When we attend appointments the people are lovely, but whenever we get given an appointment time they are always between 40-90 mins late. In this specific instance (20/5) we have waited for 80 minutes. And when asked the lady just said I’ve been really busy. But there is never any information given. Please could you just communicate how late appointments are running and manage expectations.
