"Day case orthopedic surgery"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had elective surgery to have two toes straightened.

Mr Damany and all the hospital staff from cleaners to theatre staff were excellent.

Could not fault the care. Reminded me of hospital care pre Covid!

The only comment I would make is that I had to request a prescription for co-codamol before being discharged as the recommendation to use Paracetamol in my experience would have been inadequate for post op orthopaedic surgery.

Other than that, cannot thank the team enough. Well done!
