Dear My Life,

Thank you for taking the time to share you experience with Inclusion Thurrock Talking therapies.

It takes real strength to open up about such personal and difficult challenges, and we're so glad to hear that the sessions have made a positive difference for you.

Being able to set boundaries—especially with family—can be incredibly hard, but also incredibly empowering. It’s encouraging to hear that you’ve started to recognise your own rights and the importance of saying no when you need to.

We’re especially pleased to hear that therapy has helped you manage difficult situations with more control and confidence.

We wish you continued success in implementing the skills of have learnt in therapy. I hope that your positive experience will encourage others to share their story with us at inclusion Thurrock.

All the best,

Taffy
