"you are not listened to"

I recently had an appointment to see a Dr after waiting for over half hour I was shouted in to my surprise it was a different Dr. My appointment was a revue about my medication. I am in agony with my shoulder I had an accident where I fell in my pond dislocating my shoulder with massive full thickness rotator cuff tears, torn all tendons in my shoulder and fractured right shoulder. I told doctor I was in agony could not sleep I asked if I could have an extra bottle of oxynorm to help with the extra pain I was getting from the fall I was not told why didn't explain just said no. I have other ailments that I get pain from that I need pain relief for, far to many to mention here. I feel I was not listened to and they was not interested in the pain I was in. I felt disgusted in how I was made to feel, not getting any help whatsoever. They tell you on the tv if you have any problems go and see your doctor in my case this was a waste of time. This practice has gone downhill since all the other doctors have left. I am 77 and shouldn't be left in all this pain because I asked for 1 more bottle of oxynorm it is the only pain relief that works for me. I am currently on the waiting list or an operation on my shoulder.
