IDG has been so supportive in getting the help, support and adaptations that Mom needs. Over and above. If one route fails then DG will find an alternative.
After Dad passed I lost faith in the NHS.... I do not feel he was treated well and as an elderly and vulnerable person, feel he was discarded. I wish he had DG for support.... He would have been over the moon.
