Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided within Ward 3E, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I sorry to hear that you required admission to hospital for a short stay. I can only imagine how scary and anxious this must have been for you. However, it is reassuring to know that you felt the staff were doing a great job.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients, and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Ward. I know they will be delighted to receive this feedback and to know that you felt so well supported whilst you were with them.
