(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I found Pulmonary Rehab helpful. I done the exercises at home x2 weekly as advised and I must admit I did find it beneficial. I found the talks very useful, especially discussing Lung volume reduction I found this very insightful.

Sharon went into great detail which I appreciated. Sharon and Hazel made the class fun every week! Very informative, Thank you.
