I would like to thank the hospital and the amazing team of people who looked after me when I was admitted due to a badly broken leg after falling off my bike . Thank you to the a&e receptionist and Triage nurse for their concern and prompt response allowing me to be quickly xrayed .So many thanks to the poor radiography team who had to cope with my persistent screaming due to my pain level and for their rapid and sympathetic response when I was struggling with that . Thank you so much to the amazing team in charnwood suite who provided me with such empathetic\ supportive nursing and looked after me with such a high standard of care while I was struggling with pain levels . So many Thanks to the outstanding team in concept ward whose work ethic and team ethic is amazing to watch. You should all be so proud of the high standard of skills and service you provide and I really would like you all to be recognised for this . I could not fault the care and consideration I received - you all have such a lovely way with your patients under sometimes challenging situations - your patience is endless ! Many Thanks to the lovely anaethetists \Theatre team and consultants who fixed me and made me feel safe and confident whilst they were doing so . Thank you to the physio and occupational therapy team for their advice and support enabling me to be mobile and safe enough to go home. You have all played your part in providing me with an incredible care package - Thank you seems such an insignificant way of expressing my gratitude after all you have done for me !
