There should be more real people like the receptionist -  she went out of her way to bring my brothers appointment sooner to get to see the doctor - bless her. Sumn is her name!

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback about Sumn, one of our receptionists.

It sounds like Sumn did an excellent job in supporting your brother to receive the support that he needed from one of our doctors and it was so lovely to read that you felt Sumn went out of her way to ensure your brother was supported.
