"Phlebotomy appointment"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

Arrived at Stobhill hospital for an appointment.  Nobody on help desk.  No sign posts telling you where clinic is.  Asked a passing nurse, they said go to first floor.  Checked notice/sign board.  Nothing about plebotomy!  Asked at Imaging reception.  They told me to go back down stairs and clinic was at back of hospital.  Eventually found it.

Extremely poor.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to Stobhill Hospital We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced due to the lack of clear signage directing you to the Phlebotomy Clinic

Your comments will be shared with our Facilities Team to ensure that the signage is more visible.
