"One Of The Best G.P Surgery "

I was not happy with my former G.P surgery it took a long time to register with them. Secondly, my blood test took ages. I heard about Hiyo First Practice and l decided to register with them and am glad that l did. I am even encouraging others to do the same if they are unhappy with their surgeries.

The first time l walked into the Practice, l felt instantly at home 🏡. The waiting room was cozy and the atmosphere was nice, warm and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and professional as well as all the staff l have encountered including nurses, doctors etc. Several referrals have been made for me to see specialists for different conditions. From what l gathered, when make an appointment, you are booked to see a doctor who is trained to deal with your condition. The doctors are gentle, caring and make you feel at ease. They are not proud or arrogant like other doctors l have dealt with who looked down on their patients.

The doctors even allow me to ask questions and ensure that l leave the surgery a happy patient.

My prescriptions are always send to the pharmacy on time.

I receive text to send in my B.p readings and others.

I have been with Hiyo for

2 years or so and l am 100% happy.
