On 15 April 2025 I requested a routine appointment for a serious rash, and a separate routine appointment for a problem with mobility and joint pain and numbness. These two appointment requests were triaged and I received two separate texts the next day saying that one problem (I don't know which) required urgent treatment and the other (I don't know which) required routine treatment but that they had no appointments of either type. The text messages said that they would contact me in due course about the routine one, and if my problem got worse with the other one (I don't know which) I should get in touch with the surgery before 8am. Well, I was not available to get in touch with the surgery before 8am and having done this before I knew I would be on the phone for hours with no result. So I waited for them to send me an appointment (for either condition). It is now 35 days later and I have had no contact and no appointments at all. I still have all these problems ongoing. So I went online again to try and request an appointment, and the system says it is at capacity and I can't even do that. I am a working taxpayer who contributes substantially to society and I cannot even get a rash treated let alone a more serious condition involving loss of mobility and numbness in my limbs. This is a terrible GPs and it makes me feel that this whole country is broken if they cannot offer me any care whatsoever.
"Dangerously poor service"
