"Excellent treatment - Kirsty and Esther"

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Victoria Hospital with a very painful, infected finger, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive—helping to put me at ease right away.

Esther and Kirsty were absolutely fantastic. They treated me with such professionalism and care, swiftly assessing the situation and explaining every step clearly. Kirsty, the Emergency Nurse Practitioner, carried out the treatment with real expertise. She took her time, kept me informed and reassured throughout, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the incision and drainage. Her friendly and caring approach made all the difference.

Thanks to Kirsty and the entire team, I felt better almost immediately. What an amazing department—thank you all so much for your excellent service. A huge thank you especially to Kirsty for her outstanding care. What a relief to be in such capable hands!
