(as the patient),

I recently attended Wishaw General for a Hysteroscopy and Biopsy. I was well cared for and put at ease from beginning to end.

I am extremely anxious especially when it comes to Women's Health, I was listened to and understood with a lot of empathy and understanding.

They even did my smear while I was under general anaesthetic, so I didn't have to go back a couple of weeks later. 

The Elsie App was great, messages were read and addressed extremely quickly.
