"Great online reception desk"

Today at 08-10 I used the online reception desk requesting a change in my wife's medication , received a text at 09 20 informing me I had a phone consultation booked for 09-40 or if I wished this could be changed for a face to face appointment,

Dr rang me at appointed time we discussed my wife's need of a better pain relief med, the prescription was sent to our chemist at airevalley surgery, I collected this at lunchtime.

Now this is what I call excellent service.
