I was a patient through the wellness hub in ballymoney doing arts and crafts. I looked forward to a Thursday every week it was the only thing I had to look forward to we made various items with the help of the fasilators who were fantastic there were four and they took it in turns each week they were so easy to talk to and if you had a problem they would listen it was as if they were extended family.i don't think honestly that there is anything that could be changed just I wish it never came to an end but all good things end sometimes. I felt that making items in arts and crafts gift me and incentive to try new things . The groups are small and there is no unease between all that go I just can't wait until I get referred again

I am so glad to hear you had such a pleasant experience at our NT Coleraine Wellness Hub that you want to come back to us at some point in the future.

I know all our staff take great pride each week in preparing for the craft group and its great to know that it is appreciated by our service users.

Our team strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment, and I'm especially glad to know that our staffs listening skills helped you feel at ease. We believe that reflective listening is so important, especially when our clients are sharing their concerns with us. It means a lot that we provided some comfort for you.

Overall having a good client experience is our top priority and this feedback truly brightened our day.
