Hello! I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and I was in for an Iron Infusion. I had the most pleasant experience with Lorraine, she really put my mind at ease! Safe to say I was a little anxious but Lorraine talked me through the whole process from start to finish and she was more than helpful at making sure I was comfortable and aware of what was going on. She was lovely to speak to and very relatable as she spoke about her children and experience(s). She made sure to check in every 15/20 mins to make sure everything was going smoothly and made my day with a cuppa and some toast (hospital toast hits differently 10/10). Honestly thank you so much for such an easy experience and building the rapport to help my anxiety. Such a credit to the NHS. I really wish everyone meets a Lorraine.
I wasn't able to catch all the names of staff but they were all so lovely, warm and welcoming and created a very relaxed yet professional environment! Thank yous all so much and I admire what yous do in your line of work!
