Dear Cherie

Thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry to read of the events you have described.

As this is a public website, it would be inappropriate for me to ask for further information. However, I wondered if you've spoken to the Ward Manager and/or Matron regarding your concerns. They would be best placed to answer any concerns/queries that you may have regarding your daughter's ongoing care and treatment and in particular, support for her anxiety and mental health.

Alternatively, please do contact the PALS team (my-tr.palsmidyorks@nhs.net) who will be able to look into your concerns in more detail.

Thank you again and I hope you are able to speak to staff on the ward.

Kind regards

Clare Blackburn

(Head of Patient Experience)
