"Professionalism"

The anaesthetic and surgical team were great and fast , efficient and communicated with me in a professional friendly manner from when I first met them until I went to a ward. I went to ward 36 and I had a en-suite single room that was spotlessly clean. The staff were patient and welcomed me into the ward. Soon after this the night shift came on and two amazing nurses looked after me until the next morning. There was a delay in getting meds to take away but I was kept informed of the time it was expected. Lunch was actually very tasty and hot and the cups of tea were also nice and hot.
