About: Outpatients Department / Clinic 6 - Ophthalmology Western Health & Social Care Trust / Patient Access (Partial Booking and Outpatients appointments)

(as a carer),

Spent nearly an hour on hold to Opthamology appointments. With no joy i might add. Never got speaking to anyone. I know they are introducing a new system within the trust but surely this is very poor service especially since the new system is supposed to be an improvement for patients. Will have to spend another lunch trying to get through
