"Fantastic Service received"

I arrived and didn’t realise I needed to book in electronically and waited for the receptionist to book me in who was busy, meaning by this time I was late for the appointment, and I am so grateful the Dr still saw me. I will know to book in on the electronic system the next time I come in. The Dr was really very wonderful, listened to my concerns, and her empathy was actually really beautiful to the point it really made me feel like a properly cared for patient. Thank you Dr. For your patience and kindness and understanding. It was such a relief to talk with someone so human. And that in itself lifted my spirits about my health, knowing someone is taking it seriously and cares. Adderley Green surgery, your service has been amazing so far. Thank you for actually seeing and hearing the patient in front of you. And thank you Dr for your wonderful help. You are all angels. Bless you all. 🙏
