About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a carer),

Dr Parmar in Stoke Mandeville Hospital A&E Department made an incredibly difficult and scary experience with my Mum so much easier to bare.

What we thought was a heart attack (luckily wasn't) but the speed in which Dr Parmar assessed the situation and ensured the correct tests were ordered was astounding. 

You often expect there to be a lengthy wait in A&E no matter the situation, but Dr Parmar made sure that Mum was comfortable and that we were well informed as to what was happening. 

We were then transferred to High Wycombe, which was also a good experience, but Dr Parmar is an absolute credit to this hospital.

I will forever be in his debt for the way he treated my Mum.
