Having moved home I recently joined Broomwood Health Centre after being at Ballater Surgery in a different part of Orpington for many years.
The contrast between the two surgeries is significant. I found Ballater to be a difficult surgery to be at, mainly because of poor cultural attitude among some employees. I won't say anything more about Ballater, but with Broomwood I am already very satisfied. The receptionists are alway bright and helpful and the medical staff I have seen so far have been professional, thorough, attentive to need, thoughtful, and very helpful.
Also, my mother was with me recently for a 3 week holiday and had to register as a temporary resident following a brief visit to hospital. Broomwood treated her with great respect and dignity. Thank you and well done.
Kind regards,
Paul.
