I just want to give a massive shout out to the staff in Redwood Suite on a Friday mid May when I visited the department with my mom who has dementia.
All staff went above and beyond their daily care by offering support, empathy, understanding and personal care whilst she under went a surgical procedure.
They were all so lovely and took the stress out of the situation for me. Thank you so much.

Thank you for your feedback I will ensure the area get to read it and also the Matron who manages that area. It is dementia awareness week in the Trust this week so very timely.
