I was due to have a hysteroscopy early April and was very apprehensive, but I need not have been. What wonderful staff from the moment that Chris introduced herself to us, everything was done to put me at ease.

The procedure was explained fully by Alex and it was such a relaxed atmosphere.

I do not know the names of the other three ladies in the room, but they were all so caring.

I could not have had better treatment if I had gone private, thank you all so much.

Your kind words are much appreciated! I am glad that we were able to support you and help relieve your anxiety.

As you say Alex explains the steps thoroughly and you are kept thoroughly informed.

I have passed on your feedback to the team. I hope your recovery was a smooth one and that your biopsy results have come through by now.

Our hope is that women coming in to our dept will hear stories such as yours and be less worried about what is going to happen.
