I feel myself and my family have not been supported with the social work at all and there is still very little communication with the social work and I also feel they are not providing the protection my children need and not listening to my views strongly enough I am a mum at breaking point.
We have also put a formal complaint in and I should hear back soon from them in response to my complaint but I am not hopeful that I will get a response.
