I am a diabetic cardio patient who has died twice as a result of two heart attacks in twelve minutes. On 8th May I managed to get to see a gp despite mobi;ity problems and breathlesness. I discussed my heart medication with the gp along with one other matter. I pointed out that I had no bisoprolol which I I need to stop a heart attack. I was promised my pharmacy would get a repeat prescription . I was sent instead insulin which I did not order and co dydramol which I did not order along with other otems I ordered but no bisoprolol. I contacted the surgery and was told it was in hand and I would get it. I am still waiting either for the tablets or a heart attack. This surgery has failed me in the past and gives me the impresssion they dont understand that duty of care is a statutory requirement. It is binding on us all as we have a duty of care towards each other; why am I stilll waiting for bisoprolol?
