My 13yr old son injured his knee during his football match. I called 111 and was put through immediately to Forth Valley Hub. Susan was fantastic & organised a Minor Injury appt at Stirling Community Hospital within the hour. On arrival at Minor Injuries, all staff were absolutely fantastic.
I want to especially thank Claire (trainee ANP) & Debbie (ANP) for taking the time to thoroughly examine my son & explain everything to us. Special thanks to Ishbel as well for her kindness & patience in showing him how to mobilise with the crutches.
