About: Chaldon Road Surgery

The customer service is good. However, I had an appointment with a GP who dismissed all my symptoms and their answer to all the blood test results was to drink water and to keep moving as long they are manageable!!! The GP did not make eye contact with me at all during the appointment. Given that it is not easy to get an appointment, it was seriously disappointing. When I tried to explain new symptoms that I was having, the GP dismissed it and said I needed to book a new appointment!
