"Excellent triage by nurse at the urgent walk in…"

I attended with my son, on a Sunday, and was promptly triaged by a nurse who correctly diagnosed cellutis and the urgency of the situation (requiring blood analysis) and therefore directing us to Barnet A&E (as this service couldn't be provided at Finchely Memorial Hospital). Receptionist staff were extremely helpful in their advice in dealing with the situation including directing us to ensure we had dealt with the parking requirements.

I was really happy with the advice and care provided, which enabled my son to obtain the right help.
