About: Crosshouse Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as a parent/guardian),

We had a trip to A&E with my 7-year-old. He required an x-ray. He was nervous and unsure. The radiographer was great with him, she spent time talking him through what would happen, showed him the machine to help him settle and was a very smiley, friendly face. He could easily have become upset and refused to cooperate, but she prevented this. I think her name was Melanie. A credit to the department.
