"Poor service"

Unfortunately I find myself having to complain again about my husbands very important cancer treatment injections .

I placed the repeat prescriptions slip in the surgery box on Tuesday am , returning the following Saturday to collect from the pharmacy when I was told they have no record of it .

We really have enough to deal with at this difficult time without having to repeatedly contact the surgery to rectify errors , which will ,no doubt ,entail the usual lengthy wait on the telephone on Monday morning ,so that he can have this important injection on time .
