My elderly perants been told to go on the app to make an appointment, they are not it savvy, they been waiting a month... Each time they go they get told to use the app, the app says go to them directly... This is terrible service. How do you expect the older generation to use new apps on English as well, being Indian their english isn't the best, never had trouble with any doctors until they came here.
