Dear Service User’ Cousin

Thank you for sharing your experience and identifying those who helped and supported you. It is so lovely to receive such comments as staff like to be recognised for their contributions and caring approach. It takes time to navigate through systems to make comments so I therefore thank you for taking time to do this.

I do hope your cousin is doing well and we wish them well with their treatment.
