The receptionist was friendly helpful and welcoming. The nurse doing my long term conditions review was very warm in her interaction and efficient. It did not feel like a tick box exercise despite only being with her briefly.
The GP who is overseeing my BP issue gives me confidence that he is following up blood tests and BP recordings and will contact me.
