"Care and consideration was second to none"

About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I had a blister which got infected and became a very painful ulcer.

This caused me to be off work for 3 months, it's been a difficult and stressful time.

The care and consideration I received from the service was second to none. Thank you so much for all your help through this episode.

Thank you for sharing your experience of the care you received from the podiatry team. It highlights the importance of how difficult a foot wound can be, not only the physical impact of walking, but how it can impact on work and your mental wellbeing. The team do their upmost to support patients through the journey of recovery and how to reduce the risk of future foot issues. I am pleased you have now recovered and can get on with enjoying life.
