I attended my Health Visitor Niamh regarding my 2 year old sons poor appetite and reluctance to eat and she recommended the go Henry course which I have just finished.

I found the pack and the sessions very useful and really helped me look at my parenting style. I felt reassured regarding my efforts so far and got extra tips to help my child with his eating.

Ievgeniia delivered the course and she was excellent- so positive and knowledgeable. I didn’t think I would be able to complete it as I have 3 children and work full time but Ievgeniia was very accommodating and we were able to get a schedule I could do.

I am thankful for being able to complete the course and feel my family life has improved with more interaction and activity and less screen time than before.

I am delighted that you found the resources and the advice useful for your family and it is great that you were reassured that you are doing a great job! At HENRY we understand the pressures of parenting and we aim to support parents focusing on realistic goals and solutions. Well done on the increase in activity and reduced screen times as steps like these can make a huge difference.
