"Cardiac review"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit

(as a service user),

Referred by GP for ECG test to clarify if issues with my heart.

Luckily the staff identified  there was a short window where I could be seen, records reviewed and appropriate health care needs addressed.

Trish and Amandaice quickly put me at ease, carried out the appropriate tests and made sure that I understood what was happening during the procedure and what would happen next. They provided outcome to Mr Barwell who reviewed output and compared it to previous tests run. Mr Barwell reassured me that the results where consistent with previous test 3 years previously.

He then provided me with health advice going forward and when I should present for a Cardiac review in the future.

I have consistently received excellent service whilst as a patient despite the obvious pressure that the staff are under hour by hour, day by day.

Thanks
