"We just could not fault the attention we received"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a relative),

My wife was recently referred to Medway Hospital endoscopy department for an emergency colonoscopy appointment. We were phoned by the department and given an appointment for the procedure five days later. 

On arrival at the appointment we were met by Mandy the unit receptionist, she was absolutely fantastic reassuring us and was very chatty, all the team members were excellent and we just could not fault the attention we received. 

We have had several different occasions to visit Medway hospital in the last few years and the service received has always been second to none. 

A very big thank you, and well.
