"Amazing care"

The consultants, doctors, nurses and carers on Mercury Ward were all absolutely amazing. They looked after my mother so well for 3 weeks until her death. She was first priority to them and she was given the utmost respect and care at all times. The wards were clean and tidy and run very efficiently as far as I could see. The palliative care team were also amazing and made her last few days as comfortable as they could. NHS gets a lot of bad press but when you experience first hand the dedication and professionalism of everyone around you it makes you proud to have witnessed it. A massive thank you to you all…!
