"Unpleasant communication"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as other),

There was a staff member I saw who works in the A & E Department of a Glasgow Hospital who, whilst doing there job properly, had a most unpleasant way of saying things in my opinion. I feel so upset by this person.
