"Getting bloods taken"

About: East Kilbride Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (East Kilbride)

(as the patient),

I went for my diabetic review at Hunter Health in East Kilbride. Normally when anyone is taking my blood, it takes them several attempts in both my arms and hands, looking for my veins always cause them trouble. But Sophie got it on her first attempt. Honestly what a difference, Well Done Sophie. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻  ( even though she wouldn’t recommend the Fat Jab ) 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dear marchhe97

Thankyou for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent visit to our treatment rooms. Im sure it was a thought for you to come and have your bloods taken as you say its not the easiest experience for you. I am so pleased to hear that this was a positive experience for you, as Sophie was able to take your blood on the first atempt. It sounds as though you were also able to have a good chat with her too 🤣 hopefully you found her advice helpful in making your health choices. Thanks again and no doubt you will see Sophie within the treatment rooms again. I will share your kind words with her.

Best Wishes

Ann
