Sarah has been my family's health visitor for the last 5 years.
We have recently moved address. This was due to my husband's ill health and needing an adapted property, last October my husband suffered a brain aneurysm and stroke. Sarah has supported my family through many difficult times, through the birth of my very premature daughter at 27 weeks, helping us navigate through the neurodevelopmental pathway for my daughter. Nothing is ever too much for Sarah, she is so knowledgeable and if ever we are stuck or need support she always knows which direction to point us in, she will provide links and even sign us up for classes to help us. You should be so proud to have a woman like Sarah representing the health visitors, she is a credit to your team.
As a family we would love nothing more than to be able to keep Sarah as our health visitor to ensure we keep disruption to a minimum for the kids. Our kids are still staying at their school. If I could I would cover her fuel allowance myself to allow my kids to remain with Sarah! 🫣😅
Sarah is a superstar and families are so lucky to have a health visitor who will go above and beyond her duty of care to make families feel supported and heard. 🤩
Thank you! ❤️
