I phoned the surgery with a serious concern about something (I do not wish to disclose further), and was given an appointment with the a critical care practitioner. I was examined thoroughly and referred for an urgent scan and blood tests. After that happened I was phoned for a follow up by a doctor. After further blood tests I was OK and no further consultations etc needed. I am very happy with the response I received. Everyone was respectful and helpful.
