"Fitting of coil for HRT"

I recently had a Mirena coil fitted for HRT purposes, and I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the outstanding care I received. Dr Lawson and her assistant Cath were absolutely wonderful — warm, kind, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Dr Lawson took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with patience and compassion. The procedure itself was carried out with impressive efficiency, and I was genuinely surprised by how smoothly everything went. Cath was also incredibly reassuring and attentive, which made a big difference to my comfort and confidence.

The level of care and communication I received was truly excellent. I felt listened to, respected, and very well looked after. I’m so grateful to have been in such capable and caring hands — thank you both for making what could have been a daunting experience so positive.
