"Uncooperative no Empathy "

I went to the surgery pre Xmas and was examined and told I was fine which I definitely was not went back a few days later and nothing really changed.

I visited Italy where my partner lives went to a clinic had 2 Cat scans to confirm I had chronic Bronchitis and needed subsequent medication which basically is for life. Came back with evidence on a cd and was told the surgery could not facilitate these after 2 weeks and would not medicate, I thought there was translation services !! They have asked for me to now translate. The prescription is quite easy to read as it’s a global brand but still no result.

Given I have a chronic illness this surgery has made absolutely no effort to understand on an illness if not treated correctly can eventually turn to emphysema I am astounded in what little effort it would take, I will now escalate this negligence to the various regulatory entities within NHS and medical councils. Thanks for everything Woolpit health centre I will return to Italy for my oxygen and inhalers .
