"Stroke"

I had a stroke mid-February 2025. 

I had about eight weeks of rehabilitation. I didn't actually know about this. The experience was great e.g. speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, brain injury reports, music therapy and sound healing. I think the only really thing was meal options e.g. non-fat milk, vegetarian, and the fire alarm randomly going off, otherwise they were brilliant!

I am motivated to continue speech and language therapy more.
