About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Physiotherapy St Michael's Hospital / Trauma & Orthopaedics (including fracture/hand clinic)

(as a service user),

I had a 2 stage reconstruction knee surgery in St Michaels Hospital.

The ward staff were so kind and caring.

Mr Matthews and Tim were extremely thorough and brilliant in the orthopaedic team, taking care to listen to all concerns and investigate thoroughly.

Sophie (Physio at RCHT) supporting me through rehab also very caring and so helpful.

Brilliant MDT and great care all around, and a great outcome- thank you so much.

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience of receiving care at St Michael's Hospital and the Royal Cornwall Hospital following your knee reconstruction surgery.

I am the Governance Lead for Therapies and I am particularly pleased to hear about the care and help you received from Sophie. I have passed your kind words on to her and I know she will be very encouraged to read them. It always gives our staff such a boost to receive compliments from patients.
