"Poor"

For a service that do talking therapy their communication skills are very poor. I feel totally unseen and unheard. They do not listen and I feel I may as well be invisible. They do not explain in full what they should and I feel totally let down. I am not allowed to put everything I want to say on here but I wish I had never been referred to this service because I was better off without them.
